Shamanic Journey Sessions [1 on 1]

Shamanism is a practice with multiple known origins, and generally involves a practitioner who interacts with a 'spirit world' through altered states of consciousness [trance]. 

Shaman is a word for a person who has access to the world of 'good and evil spirits', the 'non-ordinary', typically through a trance-like state, practicing for divination and healing.

The sessions below are conducted online [unless we are able to find a way to meet] and involve me [Kate]:
  • clearing your energy of spirit attachments
  • giving the body + energy more power [empowerment]
  • drumming
  • journeying on your behalf
  • delivering the spirit parts + messages back
  • storytelling the journey for you
